Main Street Restaurant in Idaho Springs, Colorado is probably my favorite breakfast spot of all time. Bold statement, but they fly in fresh lobster from Maine and use it to make the most amazing lobster egg benedict I’ve ever had. They also started doing a benedict flight, where you can choose from any 3 egg benny options. I think they have around 12-15 different egg benedicts. The rest of the menu is also legit, including the corn beef and hash. Their bloody mary’s are on point, and the restaurant is located on the cutest main street in the foothills of the Rocky’s of I-70.
I believe it’s under an hour outside of Denver, and a great stop if you’re heading out to ski/snowboard. I’ve been many, many times, and never been disappointed.
